North of Tyne school improvement update (Pilot 2)

News from our Pilot 2 organisation, the North of Tyne Combined Authority

The North of Tyne Combined Authority (NTCA) has shared their first regular update on their work across the North of Tyne as they aim to narrow inequalities by supporting schools, children and their families through education and child poverty prevention programmes. The programmes will complement and augment the work of the local authorities, trusts and other key groups.

The NTCA is involved in Pilot 2 of our LocalED project, seeking to develop a school improvement arrangement capable of supporting schools across multiple local authorities. You can find out more about this pilot here, including latest progress.
